The drafting surface
Pull supplier rates. Build the daily plan. Every line keeps its own currency, margin and status. The proposal assembles as you work.
Quotation software for incentive travel
Quotinc automates the slow parts of incentive quoting: rates from your own catalog, costing that keeps up with every change, supplier confirmations and revisions on the same page your buyer signs. Incentive houses, DMCs and MICE agencies quote in one sitting.
01 The work behind every incentive
Sales chases supplier rates on Tuesday. Operations pulls them in on Wednesday. Finance rebuilds the margin sheet on Thursday. The deck ships Friday, the buyer reads it for ninety seconds, and the revision request lands the following Monday, so the desk runs the same week twice.
The tools have not moved in a decade: rates sit in inboxes, the rooming list lives in Excel, the same lines get retyped from one quote to the next, and margin is still reconciled by hand at month end. None of that work wins the deal. It just stands between you and the next one.
Quotinc replaces that stack. The rates, the rooming list, the costing and the document live on the same quotation, so when the hotel changes, the costing, the day plan and the buyer document change with it. The week of assembly work collapses into a single sitting.
02 The five modules
Five modules ship today, and each one removes a step the desk still does by hand. The next modules come off the same list of chores.
01 / 05
Pull supplier rates. Build the daily plan. Every line keeps its own currency, margin and status. The proposal assembles as you work.
02 / 05
Contracted rates, versioned and indexed. Search by hotel, by season, by partner agreement. No more chasing the 2026 rack across three inboxes.
03 / 05
Margin per line, per quote, per quarter. Month end closes itself because the numbers added up the first time.
04 / 05
Send proposals under your brand. The buyer sees your logo, not ours.
05 / 05
Cover, line items by section, totals, signatures. The file the buyer signs.
03 Inside Quotinc
Each screen has one job. The editor for today's quote, the pipeline for the quarter, procurement for the suppliers, the press view for the buyer. None of it will remind you of a CRM.
01
Drag-reorder sections, inline price math, per-line currency, FOC toggles. Move a line and the totals follow.
02
Type the brief in plain English. Watch the cover, sections, hotels, lines and prices fill in as the AI reads it.
03
Hour grid by track, collision-aware. Three-way split for leadership, incentive and VIP. Drag to retime; the rest of the quotation updates.
04
A signed link instead of an email attachment. The buyer opens it in the browser, nothing to install, and access gates the moment the quotation is issued.
05
The three formats procurement accepts. The PPTX mirrors the buyer view, the XLSX carries the full price column, and the PDF is the copy that gets printed and signed.
06
What the client opens is a magazine cover, not a spreadsheet. The program day by day, the hotels, the gala, the terms and the total, set as an editorial spread under your brand.
07
Sales call prep, five blocks: hook, value, objection, differentiator, fallback. Print it and take it into the call with the quotation.
08
Side-by-side source and target. The target fills in as the translation arrives. Arabic and Hebrew flip the column to right-to-left automatically.
09
Agent leaderboard, pipeline rot, supplier scorecard, written as short columns rather than dashboards. Read one and you know what to fix before Friday.
04 How it works
01
Open a new quotation. Pull supplier rates. Drop in the rooming list. The body, the daily plan and the totals build from your inputs. No retyping from last month's quote.
02
One button. The proposal ships under your brand, and the buyer receives a document built for a signature, with nothing to redraw.
03
The client comes back with edits. Edition 02, edition 03. The whole thread stays on the quotation, nothing gets lost between revisions, and the close still closes.
05 The teams that quote incentives
Incentive houses
You package programs for global corporates. You answer to brand standards, RFP templates and a procurement team that wants every line itemized. Quotinc renders the document procurement was expecting, with the math intact.
DMCs
You handle ground for every program in your region. Booking engines built for OTAs did not fit. Quotinc was built around the way your desk already runs, in fourteen languages and any currency.
MICE agencies
You quote 80-pax incentives, version them six times and live in PowerPoint. Take the document over the deck. The math holds up. The buyer reads the file instead of the slides.
Corporate event teams
You run incentives in-house. You buy from incentive houses and you want the proposal back as a file that prints. Ask your agency for the Quotinc link, and the file is back in two days instead of two weeks.
06 The thesis
Incentive travel is won on how fast a real, costed number reaches the buyer.
07 Signed
Quotinc is built by Swiss co-founders with thirty years of combined experience inside the travel industry, managing DMCs, running customer service desks and packaging incentive programs across regions. We did the work most of our future customers still do today: supplier rates in inboxes, rooming lists in Excel, proposals drafted on Sunday night.
We built the tool we wished existed in 2014, in 2017, in 2022, and every Monday in between. Julien Borer, the CEO, spent twelve of those years inside customer service and DMC operations. The team is based in Kuala Lumpur, where the product is tested against a working desk every week.
If you run an incentive desk anywhere in the world and would like a look, the demo is thirty minutes. We draft a quote against your own numbers, and you tell us if the math holds up.
08 What it costs
Pick the plan that matches how your desk works today, then bolt on any module the day you outgrow it. There is no per-seat tax and no cut of the deals you win. Extra quotations are billed only when you send past your plan, and drafting stays free.

09 Your rates stay yours
You are handing a young company the engine your revenue runs on. Here is what we promise in writing before you do.
Portable
Export every quote, rate, rooming list and total to XLSX, PDF and PPTX in one click, with no export fee and no hostage data. If Quotinc stops earning its fee, you take your book and go.
Private
Your supplier rates never train a shared model, never benchmark you against another desk, and never get sold. They are your edge, not our dataset.
Yours
Your rates and your clients stay inside your account. We are operators ourselves. We know what a leaked rate sheet costs, because we have negotiated those rates.
The full picture is written down: the security overview and the list of subprocessors that ever touch your data.
10 Book the demo
No payment information up front, no forty-minute slide deck, and we will not call it a "discovery call." We draft a real quotation from the brief you bring, and you time us.
